They did try to help with a small electric heater, but the window was loosing more heat than the radiator was able to get. This hotel is OK from a lot of points but from others it really needs some major investment specifically in the installation and a central heating system which will keep the entire building waem enough. "The room was a non smoking room yet it had a ashtray on the dresser (which was dirty with cigarette ash) the trouser press was loosely fitted to wall with one screw and u/s a number of the pictures affixed to the wall were UPSIDE-DOWN, and the room carpet was without a relationship with a vacuum cleaner.
