"It's our first time at Villa Fountaine. We were pleased with everything they offer. The proximity to the airport, selections of restaurants and shops are the reason we will be back in the future."

"Location was good. Able to get to the Yamanote and Keihen Tohoku Lines and travel around Tokyo. Bath house was nice and clean. Nice to relax at the end of of long day in a warm bath. Only wish would have been a sauna and a cold bath. Having the Lawson convenience store inside then hotel was a treat. I didn’t eat breakfast at the restaurant so I have no idea if it is good or not. Can do Laundry in the hotel. I think they had a gym but it was really tiny so I just passed on it."

"The location is great, very very close to the Shibuya crossing, all shopping, and restaurants. The room was small and not enough space for luggage specially if you are with family. The bathroom is probably 4x6 feet Breakfast is minimal, is ok. Not enough outlets if you have to charge things , specially if you are with family.( you will need to have an extension). The best thing Is that they have a scale to weigh your luggage; that was extremely helpful before you check out and head back to the airport. I would definitely stay at that hotel again"

"There’s a wide range of amenities here. The location for experiencing Shinjuku is excellent and an easy walk with suitcases to and from the station. Breakfast was great - quite an experience if you only do it once. Otherwise breakfast is easy to find at nearby shops. Air conditioning was easy to work and very quiet. Definitely worth booking a twin room if you can for the extra space."

"Unlike any other of the 5 hotels I’ve been to this trip, this hotel amenities are very poor. There is only few things in the room and that’s it. No amenities tray in the lobby like all others. No shower cup, no hair bands, not even a bottle of water. There’s an empty carafe you can fill by yourself. "

"I always stay at Tobu Levant because of the convenient location, airport limousine bus access, and the nice property. The hotel staffs and amenities are great and helpful. The only concern is that some foreign tourists are noisy in the hallways and the facilities are starting to wear out."
