"取引先から近く利便性と料金で選びました。古き良き雰囲気で清潔、スタッフも感じが良くビーチ付き。広い敷地は散歩にはちょうど良く、快適に過ごしました。夜はエアコンを消して眠れます。（施設全体のエアコンが稼働しているのか？、部屋のエアコンを消してもそれなりに涼しい） 朝のガムラン生演奏や朝焼けのプライベートビーチに癒されます。 タクシーはアプリを使うと、来ない・捕まらない、という事は無く、日本と違ってコンビニやスーパーは途中で寄ってもらえるので歩き回る不便さは感じず。 目的や楽しみ方、シーズンによるのかもしれませんが、コスパが良く満足でした。夜に突然聞こえてくる爆音の音楽だけが残念で不思議。あれは誰用なんだろう…。"

From the check-in process to checkout, from pool hopping in 3 different infinity pools, to direct access to dream land beach, from restaurants with magical views that would breathless where in other parts of Bali you have to wait in line to be able to take a good photo. From top management to professional staff. It was a dream resort where we enjoyed every minute of it."

Positiv hervorheben würden wir den Kids Club und den freundlichen und liebevollen Umgang der Mitarbeiter mit uns, sowie das Housekeeping und das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet. Die Qualität und Auswahl war sehr gut. Verbesserungswürdig ist definitiv die Preisgestaltung. "広大なリゾート バリに来たら一度はここにステイするのをオススメします。 欠点を挙げるとするならリゾート内の移動が巡回するトラムで、本数が多くないのでタイミングを逃すと10分程待たなければいけません。 トラムの数がもう少し増えれば時間のロスがなくていいと思います。 2-3泊して時間をゆっくり過ごすのであればそれも解決です。"

"i love its view, i love its food at dua ikat and breakfast, i love the serenity. its kids club is marvelous. i don't like the room config, lack of space for living space. no transport to nearby shops or around the area, or its not clear. activities/games can be better resourced (available floaties)."

"We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are so lovely, warm and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was delicious, our rooms were clean, and the pool area was so well kept and inviting. Location was great, we found a few really good places to eat. Our only negative was how filthy the beaches are, really gross, so much plastic and rubbish. I was last in this region 8 years ago and it was dissapointing to see nothing had changed. The hotel though, 10 out of 10 "

"I just want to say that this has by far been one of the best hotels/holidays we have ever had. The Laguna really went above and beyond, there was literally nothing that we asked for that wasn't actioned or accomodated. Right from the beginning, we landed in Bali mid-morning which meant we got to the hotel about 2hrs before check-in and The Laguna had already made arrangements for an early check-in (we didn't even have to ask!). "Overall, I rate this property excellent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that during my stay, I didn't have the chance to fully experience the all-inclusive aspect. The reason for that was that the facility lacked options for pure vegetarian food. Every single dish had meat or eggs. So we were limited to eating fruits and a few hand-selected veg dishes. BUT I'm very appreciative of the staff for accommodating our needs and the chef for making us dishes outside of the menu. On the...
