"Clean, easy to navigate. Staff is very friendly."

"The highlight was that were was a ton of bear activity, even in late March as this hotel backs up to the national park. The bed was comfortable. Nighttime staff was not much help, and they seemed understaffed (couldn't get a towel for the pool area. The hotel grounds were nice. Would consider staying again."

"Room was clean. Beds not too comfy, but I am particular. I would book again. It's great for the price. Still a really nice hotel. Just remember to leave your towel tickets somewhere in the room I think if they don't find them in there it's $40 a towel. The chlorine was really good. Hopefully I will be able to go back next year. "The breakfast was everything you can want! The people are nice and staff was friendly and accommodating. The property itself is VERY clean and not too noisy or over crowded. Will definitely visit again! "

"The breakfast was awful. It took the kids so long to get pancakes the machine was so slow . No fresh fruit. No pastries. The house keepers was very loud in the mornings yelling and screaming in the hallways!! And at about 4 somebody would be delivering carts to the floors and sounds like they would be throwing them out the elevator waking us up!! Don’t go here if you want to relax !!"

"Room was very clean. The outdoor pool was closed for a few hrs 1 day, no fault of the resort just fixing a leak. Play ground was closed for maintenance. This wasnt communicated to us. 😒 This was disappointing to my 3 yr old grandson. "

"Great stay, everything was amazing i wished house keeping was a little more thorough in cleaning and replenishing the room ie coffee, sugars etc.. there were random hairs in the shower. Other than that 10/10 would stay again. Spa was great i had a gentleman who needed to trim his nails. I did ask for a Swedish massage when i booked but was given a deep tissue. Not complaining but i didn’t feel heard. "

"The hot tub had rules with age restrictions but it was full of children the entire time so we never got a chance to use it, the newly opened lazy river was freezing, the staff was rude to me on the phone and when I complained about the stay on the last day, we also had a ladybug infestation in the room the entire time."

"I was a little disappointed and would have liked the fire pit to be more close to the hotel. It felt a little isolated and not with the hotel . The fire pit was also a bit to high . Didn’t have chairs around the fire pit to relax . But did have picnic tables to sit at . The pool and hot tub was amazing . It’s indoor heated pool with a kiddie pool as well. Breakfast was good as well . "

"The resort was very clean with friendly staff. We enjoyed complimentary s'mores and pink lemonade. There are several food options at the resort. The trolley to Dollywood was quick and easy."

"The pictures and description of the property is misleading. In much need of some updating and maintenance and even cleaning of the property itself. The staff was great they were helpful and friendly as the electricity has gone out for a little over an hour. "
