"A refresh is needed. Movenpick is one of my favourite hotels in Madinah for various reasons. My room however was run down. Cupboard and drawer doors were falling off their hinges. Temperature control in the shower was broken (unfixed even after complaining). Housekeeping didn't bother to change sheets or vacuum floor (5 day stay so it was a consistent pattern). "

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Extended my stay via a separate booking and it took 3 separate reminders at front desk to retain the original room booked. Even then, on the day of extension, front desk claimed my room wasn't in the system despite it being paid for. Sheer laziness on his part, his colleague had to intervene to sort it out. Poor service overall this time round in an otherwise outstanding premises. "

"We stayed at The Address Jabal Omar Makkah for six nights while performing Umrah, having heard it was one of the best hotels in Makkah. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect a five-star standard or justify the price we paid. Check-in was unnecessarily difficult despite our booking details being available through Expedia. The rooms were clean, but none of our three rooms had toothbrushes, there were insufficient bathroom amenities for two guests, and the fridge was neither stocked with...

"Exceeded expectations , reliable WIFI, very spacious room We quindruaple room 5 beds , which was very large 5 safes with decent wardrobe space, not too far from Masjid El Nabawi, 5 minutes away for fit fast walker, although I would recommend that you always head there at least 5 minutes before Adhan It is a bit pricey but worthy"

"Everything was great overall. One recommendation I have is that if you have more than two people, try to book a room with three beds instead of two. The beds are fairly small, and I didn’t realize that two people wouldn’t comfortably fit in one bed. Deluxe Room, 2 Twin Beds that’s the one I picked :)"
