"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"This 5 star hotel was great, I asked for interconnecting rooms for the two rooms I booked and was given this and also was given a free upgrade of rooms with views of the Haram which was a good gesture from the hotel. Rooms were great with all the facilities needed for our stay and room size was adequate for us. Breakfast was great with a nice selection of food, drinks, savoury snacks and also a chef on hand to cook omelette spiced as required or fried eggs and a chef to cooks waffles. Service...
