Cari Hotel di Arab Saudi

"We’ve been upgraded to full view of kaabah masyallah . Thank you so much Miss Ubaidah for the upagrde Beds we’re so confortable I had no trouble sleeping everytime. Amenities were great. Breakfast was good. One of the best highlights of my hajj journey Location is the best. Connected to mall as well Will bring my kids and my mum to this hotel for umrah soon"

"Location is good, they are attentive if you have an issue. They do handle matters professionally. The breakfast team was so good that when we had an issue with our evening reservation he rectified it and ensured we were satisfied. That is what is called good hospitality."

"Extended my stay via a separate booking and it took 3 separate reminders at front desk to retain the original room booked. Even then, on the day of extension, front desk claimed my room wasn't in the system despite it being paid for. Sheer laziness on his part, his colleague had to intervene to sort it out. Poor service overall this time round in an otherwise outstanding premises. "

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Not a good hotel compared with others"

"A refresh is needed. Movenpick is one of my favourite hotels in Madinah for various reasons. My room however was run down. Cupboard and drawer doors were falling off their hinges. Temperature control in the shower was broken (unfixed even after complaining). Housekeeping didn't bother to change sheets or vacuum floor (5 day stay so it was a consistent pattern). "

"Excellent location. Rooms are on the smaller side and the whole hotel gives a European size vibe but everything is modern, well-kept, and efficient. Staff was very polite and flexible, and they worked with my late check out request without any issues. Overall, great experience for a solo traveler."

"Clean and courteous staff and near haram 4mins walk great place to stay"

"Good"

"Very nice, clean rooms, good amenities, only thing that held it back was the lifts would be very busy"

"Wonderful Stay at Abraj Al Tayseer Tuwa Hotel! We had a wonderful stay at Abraj Al Tayseer Tuwa Hotel in Makkah! The location was convenient, and the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. From the bellmen to the front desk team, everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to assist. Their hospitality made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Thank you for a pleasant...
