"Not honest property I booked two rooms and the given one at 3 pm and the second they did maintenance and I could not get. Charged for Deluxe room however they given me standard room "

"Hotel staff were great but the room needed TLC . We booked a room with Haram view but we got a corner room with a crane obstructing. Saying that we arrived at 8am and they accommodated us sttaight away with our room. So all good. Breakfast was very nice spacious and a good variety with staff teady to help. "

I hada small issue over breakfast, but staff were quickly to resolve and you were able to enjoy the hotel services and have an amazing stay. great location away from clock tower, easy to walk to Al Haram and back and not having to push through huge numbers of people. exceptional staff"
