"My room door could be opened easily with a credit card or butter knife . I asked the front desk for another room they said there were no more available until I showed him video proof. Then in the middle of the night they tried to take 1,000$ out of my account. My bank stopped the transaction and shut my debit card off . I had to use my credit card for the remainder of my stay. "The hotel part of the property is newly renovated and very clean with a lake view patio with a fire pit . The windows open so you can get the evening breeze. We will be staying there again!"
