"The Highland Inn is a terrible location. We did not stay. The room smelled like smoke. The bed was curved. There was a 1/2” gap under the door. The safety latch had Ben broken off. We checked out as soon as we had checked in."

"Great place to stay! I was a little skeptical with it having 3 stars but they have exceeded my expectation. Very clean, free breakfast, and a comfortable bed was what I loved about the place. Only negative side to the room was that you can literally hear the people in the next room talking turning the connecting room doors. So I guess hope you have quiet guests lol "
"We had a wonderful stay at the North Shore Inn in Crestline. Saed and Abdul were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The inn is conveniently located just across the street from Lake Gregory, offering a partial lake view, and within walking distance to Goodwin’s & Sons Market and the charming small town. We loved the nearby Lake Gregory Fitness Trail that goes around the entire lake—it’s a beautiful place for a walk or jog.
Staying here was a refreshing change from the typical hotel chain. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets beautifully embroidered, and the room was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The shower had excellent water pressure, and thoughtful touches like cookies in the room and a coffee maker with mugs instead of paper cups made our stay extra special. We also appreciated the umbrella on the balcony, which allowed us to enjoy the seating in the shade.
Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay—we would definitely return!
