"nobody vacum the room and we found a hole in the door that later i lost my deposit because i did not report the hole in the door. The cabin was so comfortable and nice for 3 people. Television nice and breakfast so healthy. I like the Natasha cabin. I will take it again."

"I spent so much money at this hotel. They claimed to accommodate service dogs. However the management harassed me saying my dog smelled bad. She was extremely rude and unempathetic to my situation. Its extremely disrespectful and disheartening to have to be approached about this . I was extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable. She later told me I would no longer be accommodated at all.. she's completely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with a service animal or...

"Only issue was the heating unit didn't quite cut it. My wife is Thai and doesn't tolerate cold well. She was chilly."

"Stayed here with a couple friends for the night after Hamburger Mary’s. It was clean and had ample amount of space to fit comfortably. Could be cleaned a bit better, but it was fine enough to stay the night."

"While the staff was friendly and helpful when needed. However we did not know the access to all the utilities or where they all were? Also, advertises a bar and restaurant which wasn’t opened ? Also, website shows a sauna but we did not get to use it? Again the room, parking, & the property was delightful but not being able to walk to village a bar and restaurant on grounds would have been better. Overall a 4 out of 5"

"Breakfast was good. Room was niceeee, no microwave but other than that, room was pretty. Only thing that got me, was the $20 parking, on top of paying a mid-high price for a room. "

"I called and asked for additional towels, after 4 phone calls and 3 hours later they gave us the hotel. After 10 minutes they came into the room and asked me when I am checking out. I will never stay here again "

"We got upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful. We stayed the night for the Marilyn Manson concert and enjoyed the pool, clubs and gambling. The staff spoiled us with snacks and turn down service. Only complaint would be the food. We weren’t aware that you need reservations for the buffet so we had to eat at the food court which was horrible. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was absolutely awful. The whole place and staff were excellent."

"Interesting concept. Really enjoyed staying in a modified AirStream without having all the set up and break down. You have to be ready to haul your luggage in a cart to your camper, but it wasn't hard to do. Appreciated the security offered by the entry gate. Lots of items for sale in the main building. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. "

"They're really outdated in some of the rooms. There is nothing healthy for the breakfast- just fried animal products. The pool is freezing. Good location though."
