"Love this place"

"Pros: Nice and elegant hotel. Upon arrival, front desk members were friendly and even offered cookies (thank you). Customer service was amazing. Delicious breakfast buffet and the cafe ladies were amazing. Clean and comfortable place to spend the night, highly recommend! Cons: Was not informed we needed to use badge for elevator to open door from inside (wifey was panicking), wish breakfast was already included with fee. "Room was clean and I have no problem other than the water pressure in the shower was awful. It was designed that way - probably a government mandate of some sort. For this reason we will probably not stay there again."

"Solid property close to Pioneertown for the concert we attended. Interior of room is Ikea. Extra bedding helped, quiet property. Joshua Tree is 30 minutes away. A lot of parking, no elevator. Tiny gift shop, no breakfast but they have coffee. Staff is super friendly and helpful. That was the best part of the stay."

"They're remodeling so there's quite a bit of construction inside and outside , dust and noise. The staff are excellent and parking is plentiful. There's no laundry available, no gym was available, and no breakfast services whatsoever at the time of my stay."

"I saw this hotel all over social media and was really excited to stay at RESET. We arrive at check in time and was told that we could not go to our room yet, I confirmed and ask if check in time was at 3:00 pm. The front desk agreed and stated no apology at all just that they were fully booked last night. Eventually we got told we could go to our room around 3:45pm. I’m very understanding but the lack of apology or offering us a refreshment as we wait was upsetting. We check into our room then...

"N+P was a lovely experience. We stayed in the Fan’s Flat and it was absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were thoughtfully prepared with sparkling water, coffee, a refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and mugs. Everything felt elegant. "The room was super clean and had all the needed toiletries. The entire bathroom floor and shower were all tile, so maybe I got an accessible room? The bed mattress was comfortable, and I am picky about that. Overall a pleasant stay."
