The staff was great and the room was clean. We did have the suite and had our two teen daughters sleeping on the pullout couch, which they would they said multiple times that they could not give us a blanket that they use on the beds and instead we had to use thin throw blankets from the closet. The kids were cold. We had to go out and buy blankets for the room. We all really love a hot shower and at best the shower water was lukewarm.

Went out for a 3 night stay for my kids tournament. It is in a nice safe area with nearby stores. Room was decent size for 2 adults and 3 kids, breakfast was good just wish they had a larger pool overall good hotel with great service.
