"Denry was kind and helpful from the moment I checked in. Having my room upgraded and a cake delivered was a thoughtful gesture that moved me. The room had incredible amenities and the decor was stunning. The location is perfect, the room was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The breakfast staff maravel made me feel right at home. I wish this hotel and staff was in every city I have to travel too. This property is a cut above the rest. "

"The stay it's self was great. Clean rooms, accessible, good location. However, the reservations team leave a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I arrived early morning (2am) after being caught in the Dubai Floods, no luggage, over tired etc, so when I booked the room online, it had already clicked over to the next day, I tried to change my booking to the actual night I was there, however they were inflexible and would not support me in a simple movement. I was required to book an additional night....

"Room was very clean, quality of mattress is good, quiet and good for sleep unlike some hotels too near to mosque with large prayer noise. Suggests improvement: 1) could have more choice of pillow as only thick fluffy in the room. 2)shower water pressure a bit low. 3) breakfast choice limited unlike wide popular choice in I-Hptel Baloi. "

"Holiday Inn resort Batam is our number choice when we go for holiday at Batam. It is family friendly although it is far away from the central area for some. We still prefer to stay here"

"We had a quite and comfy stay. I booked very last minute (like 10 minute before checking in) and when I walked in there were many people coming in, turned out we booked the last room. I recommend book in advance. Terminal 3 at night was quiet. We had 4 meals (2 per each) for 12 hour stay. It was alright."

"Stayed for 1 night on a layover. At first sight the hotel looks nice. But as we made our way to the room you can see that it is really old and worn out. It could definitely use some upgrades and new paint. The bed was comfortable enough. There were tiny ants on the desk. "

"I found this hotel to be a reasonable budget hotel. It is very clean and well managed. The Staff was very helpful and nice. The cleaning staff was also very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is located conveniently near a bus stop that also stops at the MRT stations as it winds its way through town. We stayed 7 days. I would highly recommend it for budget travelers."
