I could see that the registers haven't been cleaned in a while.alsi the boat on the ceiling was also covered in dust. Other than that a very pleasant place to stay.i would stay there again the view of the mountains from the suite are amazing!"

We found our bed a little too firm after the first night, so Wynn cheerfully added a “topper” for comfort. "This hotel is really a condo with a lot of amenities. It is walking distance to the Empress hotel, the B.C. Government buildings and many restaurants. We also enjoy the lovely rooftop patio that overlooked the city and the indoor pool. There is an onsite bistro that sells pastries, sandwiches, coffee and drinks. However if you are there for week or more, there is no nearby grocery or liquor store in the vicinity and unless you arrive by car you are lugging bags. "
