"This was a great choice to stay when visiting Niagara. The rooms were spacious and had all the convenience needed. It has a Starbucks, valet parking and you can walk to most restaurants."

"Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room cleaning service was not provided, which was very disappointing. In addition, the room I was given was not in a good location. I even asked the staff to change my room, but they refused to accommodate my request. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service or my experience at this hotel. I expected much better customer service and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.😔"

"Room was clean, staff was exceptionally helpful. It was pet friendly and in a good location . I enjoyed the stay."
