"When I arrived for check in, they advised me that my room had been cancelled, however, I insisted that I did not cancel my reservation, they further checked my reservation, and the issue was fixed. I had no free breakfast, it was not included with my room. My washroom sink was plug in, however, they fixed the problem right away. The room is very clean. "

We did pay extra per night for the parking but I would highly recommend it as it’s in a secure lot and we hardly used our car during our stay. "The front staff could be more welcoming. But the room was lovely. It's modern and comfortable. The bathroom was great, especially the shower and bidet with heated seat. It was very clean. It is right across the street from the restaurant where we had reservations. We didn't realize there was a fee for parking. That is annoying. However, we found parking on the street."

"The Oswego Hotel set the bar high! We stayed at a few hotels during our winter vacation and we were so impressed with The Oswego. There was no comparison in our opinion. The Oswego staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We looked for these qualities in other hotels during our vacation but could not find one that replicated the experience we had at The Oswego!"
