"Stunning hotel in fabulous location. Hotwl staff were lovely snd nothing was too much trouble. The grounds were kept beautifully and are a real asset to the hotel. Close to Weybridge and Cobham, both areas offer a variety of places to eat out and other shops with a nice mix of usual High Street staples and independent shops and eateries. We would definitely return. "

"Pre-booked dinner for 2000. On arrival at hotel at 1830 nothing known. Only available table was 1845 so went straight to dinner. All evening there were empty tables near me so I could easily have had a later booking. When I went up to my room reported this to reception. Was promised a response. Nothing heard. Frequently stay at this hotel."

"A couple of issues like the pool being closed for a repaint for a couple of days. This is as out of their hands though so not the hotel’s fault. They were wonderful and gave us a free upgrade to compensate for the lack of pool. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and relaxing. They were happy for us to have an extra hour the next day as we had slept in, The bed was far too comfortable. It was the best night’s sleep we have ever experienced.
