"You would be hard-pressed to beat the location. Check-in and check-out were quick. The rooms were clean, reasonably sized, and the staff was friendly. Our party was up and out of the hotel before the free breakfast, so I cannot comment on that element. The bar had a limited selection of beer and charged a fair price."

"Easy check-in process and comfortable bed However on first receiving room noted lip stick stains on pillows, hair on bed, stains on bed sheet and poorly cleaned toilet While an alternative room was offered we noted that the shower doesn’t drain properly the sink leaks water on the ground Parking was hassle free and reasonable rates For the price was a reasonable stay but I wonder if maintenance and upkeep have areas to be improved"

"You get what you pay for. It was mostly clean (don’t look at the exhaust fan in the shower) and the bed was comfortable. There is no bathroom. There’s a room for the toilet, but the sink and shower are in the bedroom, so depending on who you’re traveling with, that’s definitely something to consider. Breakfast wasn’t quite what we’re used to (and the coffee machine was out of order), so we walked down the street- Pret, Costa, and Nero are all within a short walk."

"The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. We spent most of our “leisure time” trying to figure out where to park, how to carry luggage, and trying to...

"Great property for those visiting Wimbledon. Only criticism is that the newly renovated room I had had a huge bathroom but the smallest bath and a shower you had to crouch under. I am 5ft 9 so anyone over 6 ft will have real issue. Need a large walk in shower"
