The friendly staff was helpful and answered our questions patiently. They also helped us with our luggage. The bar which I’d call a pub served all meals. We had no complaints."

"The property was in a great location. Loved the restaurant / bar in the ground floor. The room I had was very spacious. My one note would be that the walls in the bathroom were splattered with something and the wall behind the trash bin was splattered with something. Other than that, the room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Twickenham."
