"Rooms were very comfortable and food was excellent. Breakfast was super tasty and parking was plenty. Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. One thing they need to install is air conditioning in the rooms - it was not yet peak summer and the rooms were already over-heating. Thanks for the great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. The views the hotel has over the estate and river are also unmatched - great for special events. "

"Lovely little hotel with good bus line to nearby Richmond. The booking was a bit misleading as it says Richmond but is actually in Kew across from the lovely Kew Gardens. Richmond is a 10 minute bus drive away. Very nice service, cozy environment. I like Young’s Hotels because they feel like part of the neighborhood. "

"The hotel design and decor is simply gorgeous. Every staff member was wonderfully friendly. I wasn't expecting the spa area to be so lovely! Outdoor space is great, as well as indoor relaxation room. One of the cleanest spa/pool areas I've ever come across! We didn’t try the food so can't comment on that. But would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break"

"I opted for the Mitre as we were attending an event at Hampton court . The hotel looked wonderful with areas overlooking the Thames . Our room was separate from the hotel but just a short distance and in a block with 4 rooms . Our room ( the palace gate ) was bijou but lovely and a door leading to a private rooftop terrace was a lovely unexpected bonus . A Glass of wine each on arrival , cheerful staff and simple booking in procedure, pubs and cafe next door are very welcoming. Parking appeared...
