"Das Resort ist wirklich toll und sehr gepflegt. Das Petsonal ist extrem freundlich und die Auswahl für Speisen sehr groß, auch für Vegetarier. Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und sehr lecker. Das Einzige, was mich wirklich gestört hat sind die armen 3 Hasen in ihrem kleinen Käfig und die arme Schildkörte, die im Brunnen den ganzen Tag im Kreis schwimmt :-( Arme Tiere"

"Hotel is right across from the Grand Batam mall which is argulably the newest and best mall in Batam. There are multiple massage and spa establishments nearby, and it is about a 15 minute cab ride from the ferry terminal. Hotel is new and feels that way. Only gripe I had was that the aircon didn't seem to get cold enough, and there was a strange smell in the lobby. "

"This is an old property with a lot of potential. The rooms are lovely but run-down. There were a lot of things broken in the room and stuff that needed updating. The pool was in rough shape as was the rest of the outside. Food on-site was excellent, staff were good for the most part. They screwed up and did not clean our room, we asked them to do it at 4pm and went to the beach for a while, came back and it was not done. "Todella rauhallinen paikka ja uima-allaskin oli lähes yksityiskäytössä. Alueen ravintoloiden aukioloajat eivät pitäneet paikkaansa eikä mitään tietoa yksityistilaisuuksista. Ihanan isot huoneet. Sivuilla on maininta että lentokenttäkuljetus lisämaksusta ja maksutta lauttaterminaaleihin näin ei kuitenkaan ollu vaan maksettiin itse tullessa taksi ja paluumatka hotellin järjestämä. Joskin hinta oli erittäin edullinen."
