Only small thing that happened on our last full day of vacation was that the alarm went off at 10am in the morning and didnโt know who to call right away. I also liked that the bedding looked nice in each room and wasnโt mismatched. Suggestions: Adding liquid body soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers and maybe make a few extra bath towels available (if I am washing my hair, I need two towels and hubs still needs one). "Had a great stay of several days. The room and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. Mattress and bedding was very comfortable even though I have a sore back from time to time. Did not negatively impact my back at all!!! Plenty of hot water for showers - no issues at all. Staff on duty (Liam, the manager) was very helpful with local suggestions of places to go and things to do. I would without hesitation book here again!! The area has plenty of things to do and see all year round --- hiking, skiing, exploring, boating, sport fishing, river rafting, etc. There was even a rodeo nearby during my stay, including a concert. Movie theaters pretty close by also if it's a rainy day. Numerous good places to eat --- even a bakery/breakfast-lunch kitchen next door and a place to rent a kayak or bicycles. Terrific hotel and location."
