"This is an old style motel. Pros: Great location, and walking distance to the town. Quiet location. Able to park next to room. Host could not have been more friendly/helpful. Walking distance to the beach on the lake. Cons: Definitely could use some updates. The bed was well past its normal lifespan with squeeky springs when you sat on it or rolled over. The upholstery on the chairs had endless stains on the fabric. The light fixtures in the bathroom were rusty. The room could definitely use a paint job. Clean but well woren. Since I was not in the room except at night to sleep these issues did not effect my stay"
