"Cannot complain at all with the cheerful staff, and the great location. Bravo. The only gripe would be that we found better food alternatives nearby, which was a pity - if the owners could look

"The property is just ok, we had a little problem with the toilet, I ended up getting a plunger from the store to clear the toilet. I think a little updating on tv would be helpful, as a person coming from USA and I don’t understand the languages having a smart tv would be nice, something to watch and relax at the end of the night would be nice, the breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful "

"The most kind staff we’ve ever encountered. The hospitality really shined here. When we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff made our engagement celebration a wonderful experience. They make sure you’re comfortable and are quick to correct any issues you may encounter.
The staff helped with booking our tours, recommended where to visit, booked private transport, and guided us to best experience El Nido!

"The beach area is very clean and the free activities like kayaking and paddle boarding are the highlights of our trip. The staff are very accomodating and the free shuttle around Lio beach made our trip enjoyable. I highly recommend the hotel."
