"The place is very clean extremely beautiful and modern. The staff were very hospitable and made every minor concern accommodated with a smile. The breakfast buffet was excellent, wide spread and brewed latte coffee at your request.. Highly recommended and will consider coming back in the future."

Great staff in the restaurants and lobby, pool staff were always kind too. Always happy and smiling. Special thanks to Nap who was always very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

We went to Puerto Princesa solely to visit the underwater caves. It was an excellent tour, but unfortunately we handed our keys into reception and we are certain this could have been the only time people would have access to our room
