"We love staying at Harolds. However, there is always something amiss. Keys don’t work, WiFi, telephone. But we keep going back because the staff is soo sweet and attentive.
The location could be better. You need to take a cab everywhere.
The rooftop is good for drinks. Nice views, but the food is so so."

"Great 2 day stay at the hotel. Well located in Downtown Cebu City. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The pool has a beautiful view. The gym was basic, but provided a workout nonetheless.
My only issue was that my shower's water never got warm or hot."
