"Wonderful stay and so convenient "

"Very minimal room ie no furniture or table or kettle. TV on the wall opposite bed. Bed very comfortable, WiFi was quick. Our room just happened to be an accessible room with a wet room. The shower was good, towels were good quality. Air con in the room was good. Staff really helpful when I realised I left my phone charger and let me borrow their own just for a bit just to get some charge on my phone. Close to bus stops so very easy to get to and from the city centre. Good value for money and...

"We were a group of 8 friends with 6 rooms. Room i was in was clean the only downside of my room was the bed it was awful rock ,hard hard ,and by the look of it ancient ..other than that great stay, great food breakfast was mint ,staff were great just need a new bed in room 107."

"Located slightly out of the way from Oxford but make it up with friendly service crew that make it a pleasant stay. No issue about parking and it’s complimentary from the hotel. Breakfast is a good spread that gets us start the day. "

"Enjoyed our stay. Very central location, the only drawback being the lack of parking. However, it wasn't too far to walk to the public parking and the hotel stamp your ticket to ensure you get a significant reduction at the car park."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Lakes. It’s such a beautiful setting with so many activities on offer including a spa. We ate in the restaurant and it really is an experience- the food and service were outstanding. Bedrooms are beautiful - decor and furnishings. Guest services were very helpful both prior to arrival and on the day. We we definitely be back! "
