"I was charged an additional £5.00 for parking! That would be fine in a town but this hotel is in a motorway service station so I am not even sure it would be possible to get there by any other method. This means that I would count this as false advertising. Ramada would be better off just advertising the room at £5.00 more. It certainly left a bad taste with me. They do say that parking is charged somewhere but they hide it well!
Reception area was nice. Shower was cold and heating rattle-y but...

"The grounds are stunning but the hotel itself is looking a bit tatty.
We were given an accessible room, which didn’t seem that accessible to me! The plug sockets by the bed are not normal uk plugs. So you can’t plug a charger in (for me, I couldn’t plug my breathing machine in)
The tv was on the wall, but had plastic covers over the wires which just looks messy.
The furniture was a bit dated but fine.
The bathroom, although it’s supposed to be accessible I think it was hard work. The sliding...

"Hotel was in a beautiful setting and felt safe and secure inside the complex. The bed was so comfortable i didn't want to get up.Will definitely stay here again."
