"If you love a cold concrete slab you'll be in heaven, just if you can manage to not need wifi unless you enjoy the locals smoke area and can get the job done in a quick manner before you join them. At least the washrooms are kept up and are mostly modern models"

"The staffs are very accomodating and supported us with everything we needed. I even ñeft my bag inside the train with all of our passports inside and the hotel staffs helped us getting it by delivering it to the hotel.
The rooms are also wonderful. Thank you for hosting our stay in osaka 😁"

"We definitely barely had any room for our luggage, but the location of this hotel is prefect. We were easily able to go out and find something to eat.
I would stay again just for the location. They als do keep the room clean and are good about daily towels and water bottles."

"It was also very convenient that the hotel elevator connected directly to the shopping center. By taking the escalator, I could easily reach Uniqlo, MUJI, and Starbucks without going outside, which was especially convenient."
