"The property is really clean, nice and well kept. Staff are nice but need to learn more English to accommodate tourists. I’m glad I purchased the dinner and breakfast with my booking accommodations as there are no restaurants close by. We enjoyed our experience with Japanese traditional dinner and breakfast. The food was good and the presentation is impeccable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to others."

"Lovely modern hotel, feels very new. Spacious rooms very helpful and attentive staff! Excellent location a great walk onto town, enjoying the luxury stores including Maclaran, Ferrari and all the top fashion brands before hitting Dontonbori... which is amazing!"

"Convenient Location. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s decently priced yet conveniently located. It’s surrounded by shops and restaurants. The train station is directly underneath it, Dotonbori is a couple blocks away. The only thing is they did not let us check in when we arrived at 1p. We were told to come back at 3p. There’s restaurant on site for buffet breakfast with good amount of choices. The room is just enough for 3 ppl, considering most rooms in Japan could only fit 2 ppl. The bathroom looks a bit dated but not too bad and very clean (like everything else in Japan!)."
