"We did not enjoy our pool and hot rub area. The hot tub was only about 65 degrees maybe 70, so we ended up just using the jacuzzi tub in the room 2 nights in a row. Building 1500 pool area. "

"Room was súper clean and nicely renovated. Only downside was that there is no elevator so keep in mind when packing."

"Huge resort, can get lost easily. Suites are bright & roomy. Rooms that are not on ground floor can be difficult to get luggage upstairs (no elevator). Overall nice resort. "

"The only two things I had an issue with were the parking and the pillows. Valet parking was $53 and self-parking was $42, which felt pretty steep. Also, the pillows in our room weren’t very comfortable."

"It is always so lovely! Family friendly , they meet characters in the lobby and they have a whole water section for kids. The rooms are amazing! I booked a view of volcano bay and it did not disappoint if you were just staying at the hotel there is much to do, "
