"The room was very clean, comfortable bed. All my basic needs for a one stop, just driving by. Staff were very friendly felt safe as single woman traveler. They could not do enough with any requests. I wished the TV was bigger and a working Arial signal was in the room. But I was not in the room much so it never really mattered. There was parking, luckily just outside the door. Would stay again if I visited."

"Did not have any meals. Room was excellent except for steps down to bathroom. House keeping was excellent with tea coffee and biscuits topped up each day also towels changed when required. Staff were cheerful and friendly. Only concern was sometimes noise from large vent pipe at end of the hotel. Would definitely use hotel again but ask for room at other end of the hotel. "

"It is our second visit and it suits us very much. The staff are welcoming and the rooms are very clean with comfy beds and .everything you need. Also it is very handy to park your car nearby."

"No lift lots of stairs and corridors room small no colour, spa not very assessable as you have to go through the gym no gowns provided. Staff were polite and helpful breakfast ok quite a bit of choice Bar expensive no entertainment so very quite if u want that then good parking ok Good view wouldn’t visit again due to no lift and small rooms but dated"

"Great location, however the idea of being awoken earlier than anticipated by faulty air conditioning. This triggered the in room gas leak detection alarm, which the on site staff responded to quickly by turning the air conditioning unit off. Silenced the alarm, but turned a/c off, and we were the up w hours earlier than anticipated for early departure, which was the reason for staying close by. Appreciate these things happen and grateful for alarm, however presume ac had not been serviced."

"It was ok for an overnight stay, reception staff very pleasant, helpful and friendly, the property could do with a bit of a facelift and modernising, but overall it was good."

"The chalet was basic, but I didn't expect anything more for the price. However, it wasn't particularly clean and the room smelled of damp. Staff were not welcoming at reception and almost assumed we knew their procedures and where everything was. The breakfast was fine - we didn't eat there in the evenings so can't comment on the standard."

Leaked urine in lift Building and bar ok Place didnt feel that ok as solo female traveler Staff good about getting forgotten charger back to me No issue with staff"

"Soggiorno piacevole. Personale SUPER-CORDIALE e a disposizione in caso di necessità. Camera tripla molto spaziosa. Ci è stata assegnata una camera vista mare (upgrade) anche se avevamo pagato senza vista: davvero bella vista. Materassi un po’ vecchi, da aggiornare. Camera con qualche anno alle spalle ma ben tenuta. Ottimo wi-fi. Rapporto qualità-prezzo soddisfacente."

"Great find for the airport stopover. We spent the night here then drove 5 minutes to the silver zone, we would have considered leaving our car here however the taxi ride was expensive."

"Lovely hotel, beautiful inside. staff were really helpful and friendly. Beautiful location. The only things that let it down, was the annexe we stayed in, could of done with a bit of updating and an iron. But other than that i would advise staying in one of the rooms inside the hotel. We had a nice relaxing stay"

"I loved staying at The Beaches because everything was perfect, the owners were on hand to do breakfast every morning which wasn't limited to either a full English or just cereals (as in some B&B's that I've stayed in), they were happy to be of any help that you needed. I would be very happy to stay there next year when I go down again. There was nothing to hate about staying there."

"Great hotel with character. It was nice and quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Andrew was very accommodating and made us welcome. The rooms were very clean and modern. We were there on May bank holiday weekend, the hottest of the year and were provided with fans for our rooms which came in very handy. I would recommend the Queenswood Hotel for sure."
