"First time at Oakes Hitel at the Falls..(usually we stay at the Hilton or Sheraton)...We had a corner room..10th floor..Best view of the falls. Great clean and spacious corner room. King bed. Best jacuzzi tab. Seats 3. Free coffee in the lobby. Great check in. Best wecolme and terrific staff. Navi ( I hope to spell it right)...most gracious hostess. Parking at the back of the hotel $50 a day. We'll return at Christmas..love it Oakes Hotel ..Best kept secret..shhhh!"

"Their stuff was kind"

"日本人としてはスリッパが歯ブラシがないことが困ります。知ってはいたので持っていきますが、常備してもらえるとさらに最高です‼︎"

"We celebrated a 10th birthday. The staff put birthday surprises in our room, they were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The Waterpark is great for younger kids, teens might not enjoy it as much but it had something for everyone. The room was very clean and kids loved the bunk beds. We would return."
