"The best place to stay while in Toronto. Central location, close to the university, food, and shopping malls. I walked everywhere! "

"The room is clean and the location is pretty convenient. However, the toilet has some problems and the fridge is broken."

"Clean rooms, amazing breakfast, great location"

"great location!"

"Great location and friendly staff."

"Very impressed with the suite/room. The location is excellent and the check-in service was exceptional. Appreciated the offered me a higher floor suite."

He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...

"Lovely large and clean room, beds soft and comfy with good pillows. In a really nice and safe area, we walked from union station easily but it’s a small can ride. Lovely view in morning having breakfast over the lake and seeing the planes landing. The gift shop is a real asset too, the guy is really nice and models for you if you ask!"

"great location with great bar and jazz, good size and friendly"

"Love this hotel, our third time staying here in the last couple years. Outstanding location, easy self parking, clean rooms, friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again."
