"TV is confusing, lacks basic channels that one would expect in a hotel. You can cast from your phone, but only if it is an Android (!). Pillows are ridiculously large and way too high. Barely slept and woke up with a sore neck. Hotel is very clean, the room is nice, but until the aforementioned are fixed, I wouldn’t go back (or I’d at least bring my own pillow if the price was right)."

"Walked into our room and the first thing you smell is curry and the pillow cases on the bed were yellow and lumpy we asked for a new room because it smelled and the guy told them it smelled of smoke which i never said and we got a new room which smelled better and the cases were white and pillows were not lumpy but 1 of the towels in the bathroom had a stain on it breakfast was not appealing "

"I was there for 3 nights. My only complain is that the room service was extremely bad. I met half soap and I have to call first for them to come clean the room on the 2nd day. "The room was clean and nice but so small that it felt like sleeping in a closet. The entrance door was one foot away from the bed. Even though they had my credit card on file I was asked for a physical card to pay a deposit which was a problem as i only had my phone to pay. Luckily I had my physical debit card to use. "the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen for free for the 29th. This is ridiculous. I have attached my reservation pictures showing it is exactly the same."
