"2 complaints 1 - when we opened the patio door to watch the fireworks, a lot of small flies entered our room. When we asked the front desk for Raid or even a flyswatter - they had neither nor offered any other solution. I ended up spraying them with OFF and that seemed to kill most of them. The cleaner the next day was told about them by us and where they were to clean up and vacuum the dead ones up but this was not done. 2 - Our toilet was very loose. "The room was clean and comfortable. I also like that there is a balcony to go on. But this room had no heaters. It was very cold. The staff provided me with a portable heater and extra blankets which helped alot The complimentary breakfast was very good as well. I will definetly be staying again."
