"If you are high maintenance, this place is not for you!! I think the hotel is a little understaffed, but the property owner was open to feedback. He was attentive as well as the kids working the front desk. Great concept, it only needs a couple of small twicks.The location is excellent, you can walk or cycle anywhere. Highly recommend!!"

"Great place to stay. Very Central. Beware the elevators....we got to meet some Toronto fire fighters when they got us out of the elevator we were stuck in for 30 minutes. One of the guys we were in there with (there were 9 of us) said it was the 2nd time in 2 weeks; they were in-between management companies. The key retrieval system seemed to work ok. Unit could use a bit of touch up paint and magic eraser for the walls, but very serviceable. Would stay again, and that is the bottom line."

"Needed a decent, decently priced one night stay in downtown Toronto. Having flown from Europe, I overnighted to then take the train down to Windsor/Detroit, the next day. This place did it. Simple, clean, safe, great location near Yonge St for eat options.. the Eastern European lady with glasses at the front desk was very helpful and nice.. I would recommend and stay again…"
