Cari Hotel di Perbandaran Kawasan Niagara

"We upgraded to a room that hadn't been cleaned. We were told we would receive a discount at checkout for the inconvenience and that didn't happen. Be prepared to pay about as much for the parking each day as you did for the room, if you want to park on premises. View was awesome from the room, everything else subpar."

"We booked a “2 bedroom suite” but its not 2 bedroom. Its a one bedroom suite. You walk into the room and there is a bed, then you walk past the bathroom area to the bedroom. In any other hotel, this would be considered a one bedroom suite, but this hotel uses misleading descriptions."

"Good"

"This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Expensive but it is nice clean staff is friendly. Its right in a busy spot for fun and close to the falls. Check this hotel out."

"Beautiful place highly recommend for anyone"

"Excellent family oriented hotel."

"Great location and clean rooms! We will be back"

"The room could really use an update. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Pool are and arcade were decent. Kids (4 & 7) spent most of the time in the wave pool. I was very disappointed in the rooms. Especially for the price."

"Staff was helpful and accommodating"

"The coffee/tea maker should be updated."

"Friendly staff"

"We really enjoyed the breakfast, and it was great! My daughter also had a wonderful time enjoying the swimming pool, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, the blankets smelled really bad, so we couldn’t use them. Thankfully, I had brought an extra blanket for my little daughter. Also, there were no water bottles provided in the fridge. I believe providing at least one bottle of drinking water would be a thoughtful and basic courtesy for hotel guests. Overall, we enjoyed the breakfast...
