Staff are friendly and accommodating, however will only allow you stay past 10am if you agree to pay an hourly rate for each hour you stay past 10am."

"The room was clean and quiet. The first room was not clean and very hot. It had some sort of open slats in the entryway that were strange. I am glad I got a different room. Very comfortable "

"The view from the suite is gorgeous! The big window panes are spotless and we enjoyed sitting in the spacious living room looking out to the lake and mountains. A short walk into town and Queenstown Gardens. I would definitely stay here again in future trips."
