"I was asked if I wanted red or white wine upon check in, later on when I didn’t receive any in the room, I told one of the front desk members about it and he assured me that they would send one up. By the time I checked out I still had not received the free bottle of wine that supposedly came with the reservation. Disappointed. "

"These apartments are within walking distance of central Queenstown - which is good, as parking is expensive in the centre of town. The room we stayed in was okay, but nothing like what's promoted on the website (I think they only show the Lake View units and state that standard rooms don't have an oven), but the whole complex is showing it's age, and could do with a renovation. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and considering the price of units closer to the centre of town, it probably...

" There are no plates or bowls spoons or knives. the TV did not work when we arrived the shower curtain is far too small and short Consequently the water goes everywhere. the apartment needs to be decorating. It looked old and well used."

"Hotel is newly remodeled and clean. Great location to the waterfront, shopping, and CBD. However, it is a hostel so you share rooms and bathrooms which we didn’t know from the Expedia listing. I went back and looked and I still couldn’t find that it was a hostel. That needs to be more apparent. "

"This is great location, away from town center but walkable to town center, Queenstown Gardens. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly and accommodative of request. Room size was small and bed size was small for King Size bed."
