"Another great stay at the Cordis. Never disappoints. Kids love the place and they’re very accommodating. The Club Lounge is fantastic, there was a bit of a smell up there for a couple of days but they managed to sort it out. A few minor things but nothing worth mentioning. "

"The description said the bed is comfy. It was on and had lumps. The bathroom smelled of sewerage. When showering, the hot water would suddenly turn cold. The lift went up to level 6 totally fine but button was broken so to get back down, I had to walk down to level 5 with my suitcase. Overall, it was good for a 2 night stay and it's in a handy location"

"Loved everything about the stay. Only problem I had... we didn't know about the James Cook Arcade lift to take you up to the hotel. So we walked all the way around the loop with our luggage. I am 75 and it was a bit tough."

"The receptionist who checked us in was wonderful and helpful during our stay she was the best part of our stay. The room was okay but very small could hardly move around, the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything next door which was not pleasant, especially at 6am. There is a $100 deposit I wasn't aware of until check in. Beds are firm which I liked but my companion didn't she woke up with a sore back."

"Das Hotel ist etwa 15 Minuten oder ca. 7 Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Hotel befindet sich neben dem Flughafen und hat um das Hotel herum nicht viel zu bieten. Dennoch ist es ein schönes und ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Für Geschäftsreisende perfekt, für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Queenstown würde ich eher ein Hotel in der Stadt empfehlen"
