One complaint was the air conditioning was very very loud and the clicking of the thermostat kept me up most of the night when it would kick in. 1 minute walk to casino, maybe 5-10 minute walk to Clifton Hill."

"The rooms were not as advertised. Extremely small & severely outdated. Had hair on the supposedly fresh towels. The bathroom walls & floor were soaked with condensation from the shower. Definitely a slip & fall waiting to happen. No ventilation in the room or bathroom. It’s either extremely hot/humid. Noise from other floors & doors slamming. The cleaning crew have no awareness that guests might be sleeping so they proceed to move about making all the noise in the world. We had no choice but to...

"Everything about the hotel room was amazing, truly! The parking cost is wild though, which brings my star rating down. I decided to park at a local motel to save $. Hopefully they can review their parking costs to make this more affordable for their guests in the future. Also, do not go to the Starbucks in the hotel - their prices are much higher and they charge an additional tax. 2 drinks and 2 pastries was $39!"

"首先前台服務員給我們極高樓層瀑佈景觀房間，再者每晚晚上10 時在房間也能看到煙花，真是很棒。雖然酒店房間很寬敞，但看起來已有相當歷史。房間沒有樽裝水供應，也沒有熱水壺煲水。不過可以向前台或housekeeping 取一個。我個人認為酒店早餐只是一般，選擇唔多。第二天約早9時去吃早餐，有些食物都唔refill。除非自駕或買WeGo bus card，否則去酒店交通唔方便。"

The room could benefit from some renovation; however, I understand that this would likely increase the cost, which may not suit travellers on a constrained budget.
