"I’m really glad I chose ROW NYC for my trip to New York! The location was very convenient, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and polite, which made the overall experience very pleasant. The property is a bit older, so the bathroom had some older fixtures and features, but the wonderful service more than made up for it. "Enjoyed my stay here. It’s a close walking distance to many places, specifically penn station which you’ll need to get anywhere you want to go. The room is small but it’s normal size for NY. Everything was clean and they even provided us with razors and extra towels when we asked. Also, they have a refillable water station for you which I thought was great!"
