We only stayed for one night so it wasn't horrible, but man, that $40 urban/resort charge is crap. You get two drink vouchers for the bar, and two bottles of water, also some K-Cups, but definitely nowhere near $40 worth of value.

The customer service was excellent, especially the doorman and luggage handlers. We requested more towels with an immediate response. Very friendly. The $39 per night resort fee was a surprise to me. Overall, I was still very happy.
