"Good hotel. Didn't give an excellent rating because there was a night that when arrived at the hotel room door same did not open. Immediately contacted reception for help (help took forever). I've gave follow-up several times and being kept saying "we just needed to wait for help" (which was supposedly on the way, while no one arrived). We were desperate since it took hours just for help to arrive. We were really tired and late and had an early departure for an already booked tour next day and...

"The overall stay was good, but I went with my fiancé, not knowing that everything like the pool the gym the shops all closed early so if you wanna go swim later or go to the gym 24 seven or anything like that, you can’t but very clean the staff was nice just a little too nice and if you’re looking for a classic hotel experience, this is not that"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Venetian! We especially loved having a pool table inside our suite—it was such a fun and unique touch and made the room even more enjoyable. There are also excellent restaurant choices throughout the property. We ate at Smith & Wollensky and really enjoyed the food and overall experience. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. We had a great time and will definitely stay at The Venetian again!"
