"The breakfast buffet is great! The pool is not ideal for swimming laps. So many children everywhere. The shower is lukewarm, not hot. The last shuttle from the airport is at 7 pm, so even though it was included, we couldn't use it because we got in just after that. "

"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around. "The hotel is connected to SM Mall of Asia. It is very accessible. The food and staff were great. They surprised us with a birthday cake during our stay. Concierge staff went above and beyond in helping us get to the airport."

"The hotel was in perfect location, easy access to to shopping centers, groceries and other public attractions nearby. Our room had a Manila bay view, so clean, furnished elegantly. Staff from checking in to housekeeping was very accommodating and professional. Restaurants inside the hotel had variety of choices to choose from buffet to sit down dinner. Overall the hotel and casino definitely highly recommended!"
