"This is probably the best hotel we have stayed at for many years. From the moment we arrived at reception the staff were always on hand if you needed anything. Every member was courteous, friendly and professional, always checking if we needed anything to make our stay more pleasant. "Room was clean, nice size, staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it. Many options. Breakfast and front desk staff all worked hard to keep tables cleaned and food supplied. Was a great place to stay and price was very good."

"I stayed for 2 nights for a convention at the ICC in August 2025. The location was really convenient - just a 5 minute drive on the M4 and was excellent value. Free on site parking when I arrived. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Extra tea and coffee provided as soon as I asked etc. My room was small but had everything I needed and it was absolutely immaculate. I was very impressed overall and would definitely stay here again."
