"Very friendly staff, excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Given the size of the hotel, there was a decent amount of variety. Room was of good size. One downside, although there were lifts we had to use stairs to get to our room on the mezzanine floor. As we were travelling as a family with a child in a pram this became a little difficult. "

"Very good accommodation! I was a bit hesitant before booking because the bathroom is shared, but that wasn’t a problem at all during our stay — there are several bathrooms and they were always clean and available. The bed is amaaaazing, super comfortable, and the breakfast is great — definitely worth the investment. Check-in and check-out were very convenient thanks to the smart lock technology. I highly recommend this accommodation, I have no complaints, only praise. I liked everything!"

"Me and my daughter stayed here on the 23/6/2025 when we came to see Lana Del Rey. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed by the lovely receptionist. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also well stocked with tea, coffee etc and a lovely treat of Welsh cakes. Location wise you can't go wrong either. You are in walking distance of Principality Stadium & the train station. "This was our second stay here and we stayed in room Flor, we loved our last room but this room was absolutely stunning.
