"Nice hotel, but two problems:
Signage is useless in the dark. I drove past the entrance twice before asking locals for help finding the entrance.
The room was too hot. The windows only had a small section to open, so no breeze could be captured to cool the room - this was not in any heatwave and outside temperature was a pleasant 68 degrees. It's the window design that's the issue and they need replacing with properly opening ones."

"The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel."
