"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "

"We loved our stay at The Gran Resort Princess Fujikawaguchiko. We arrived late at night and they were very helpful with check-in and once we realized I had left a cellphone behind in the taxi they were very quick to help us find it and contact the taxi company.
