"Heel veel keus aan eten en drinken. Bediening van Vietnamese obers erg goed, vele malen beter dan turkse obers. Turkse obers zijn vaak nors en onvriendelijk. In dit hotel werkten veel Vietnamezen en andere buitenlandse obers en die waren stuk voor stuk heel erg behulpzaam en en aardig "

"It was a great experience! great environments lots to do lots to eat!! full access to land of levends theme parks and everything in the area, beach access is from 1-4:30pm at Rixo Premium Belek which is another resort by shuttle and access to it's amenities which was great! We had great time overall. Only thing I wish they did was to explain the resort layouts with map, things to do and things that are included and not included upon check in. the place is big and it's very easy to get confused...

"Çocuklarımızla gittiğimiz otelden çok mutlu ayrıldık. Yemekler, çocuk aktiviteleri, akşam gösterileri her şey çok güzeldi. Şimdiye kadar yemek çeşitliliğinden ve ikramlarından en memnun kaldığımız otel. Ayrıca çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Tek sorun gece sivrisinekler çocukları ısırdı ve kara manzaralı odamızda yandaki otelden çöp arabalarının sesleri ve bunun gibi çok fazla gürültü geliyordu. Sinek sorunu için fişe takılan aparat vererek yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar fakat belki odalara...

"Highly recommend the Sultanhan Hotel! We were totally unfamiliar with Istanbul, so we took a chance on this booking and it worked out wonderfully. The location is as stated, walking distance to major destinations, including the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, but the hotel itself is on a pretty quiet street and we felt safe in the area. Decent sized room, very clean, great breakfast in the top floor restaurant with amazing views--seriously, no complaints....

Diesmal aber Schwierigkeiten mit der Rezeption, wegen des zweiten Zimmers für meinen Sohn. Für alle war Halbpension gebucht und vorab natürlich bezahlt. Mein Sohn wurde merkwürdig angesprochen, es wären nicht bezahlte „Dinge“ ausstehend! Konnte nach einer Stunde mit einem wohl noch nicht komplett eingearbeiteten Mitarbeiter geklärt werden.
