"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"all the staffs were very friendly and nice! rooms were clean. the only comment I want to make is about the stand shower. which didnt have a full coverage door which is why it was flowing water outside the shower area and the bathroom was getting wet. had to be very careful with that. everything else is very good. location was perfect.
