I booked a 10-day stay in two Club rooms with sea views on an all-inclusive basis. The resort is undeniably beautiful, with a great beachfront location, lovely sea views, pools and strong family facilities. However, it should not be rated five stars based on our experience. Cleanliness in the lobby and high-footfall public toilets was closer to one star. We often had to return to our room or go to the ninth floor to find clean toilets. We also had an air-conditioning issue reported on day one, but a room move was only offered three days before departure after repeated complaints. The biggest issue was management visibility. In 10 days, we never saw the GM on the floor. Operational staff worked hard, but they appeared overworked, under-resourced and left to react to complaints rather than prevent problems. Manohar and his team tried hard to help once issues were raised, but by then the experience had already been affected. The all-inclusive package fell short. Food options between main meals were limited, and Al Marjan and Bay Club restaurants were chaotic at all times. There were shortages of plates and bowls, slow refills, cold food and chefs had to be chased for warm meals. Hygiene was concerning: the same gloves appeared to be used for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, and staff cleaning tables did not clean their hands between tables. Kids club was a win for my son, Sarah and her team amazing. There is no doubt a few positive things like the team that smile midst chaos

Everything was great but the entertainment wasn’t great could be better and the buffet restaurant food was also good but could have more options. The room was always spotless, staff were very friendly and the pools/beach were amazing.

They had multiple pools including a mini water park area, it was close to the beach so there were options for multiple water actions including jet skiing, camping and others. My son and I were delighted to return to your hotel after looking forward to the trip for months. I could not believe that when we walked into reception, Marvel immediately recognized us! In that moment, I truly felt like I was home. Even though our stay unexpectedly coincided with the start of the regional conflict, your staff remained calm, professional, and kind throughout. While there were moments of uncertainty, the combination of Hilton’s hospitality and the UAE’s protection created a real sense of safety and comfort for us during a frightening time. Lava at reception was incredibly helpful and reassuring as circumstances constantly changed. Grace in the restaurant was truly an angel — checking on me when I was sick and always offering a smile and kind words during stressful moments. Subin also remembered my son and me immediately, and he was wonderful throughout our stay. My son thinks he is awesome! We would also like to thank Ganjaji for helping make our stay memorable. Please also thank management for keeping things calm and organized, especially while assisting guests extending stays and showing passports. We especially appreciated the extra hospitality staff who patiently guided guests during long lines and stressful moments. We left deeply grateful for your staff, your beautiful resort, and the hospitality of the UAE. We truly hope to return again very soon. Thank you again for everything. First time staying here. Booked garden room with twin beds which turned out to be too small for us to sleep in with teenagers! Hotel kindly gave us a free upgrade to sea view where twin beds were bigger. Room also had a sofa bed which gave us more options for sleeping. Good breakfast but probably wouldn’t do half board again as evening buffet didn’t offer much range for fussy eaters! SALT is across the road though for evening bite. Loved adult pool with floating cushions. Very relaxing. Would definitely return..
