"Room was absolutely beautiful. Housekeeping staff was so kind and pleasant! JC at the restaurant was so attentive and kind. Front staff were friendly and efficient. Was unfortunate that they were down 1/2 the elevators. That was my only negative experience. The hotel did let us know in writing "

"We stayed here overnight before our cruise. The staff were lovely and helpful, we paid an additional $20 to get into a room early as our flight arrived earlier in the day. Well, the hotel is lovely. The immediate area around is a little sketchy, I went out in the morning to get coffees from the McDonald’s/Tim Hortons next-door and had trouble getting in because they lock all of the main doors, but there is no signage.
